"The staff was very pleasant to work with and were very cognizant of our budget restraints. They even helped us find a fantastic lot on which to place our new home.  They showed an interest and a desire to make our new house just as we wanted. We wanted a Southwest design and feature set that was different from the norm and they worked with us to make all of the changes that we desired. The house turned out great!  The contractors used were very experienced and also very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed talking with all of them when we were at the building site.  We were out of the state for most of the construction, so much of the correspondence was via email or telephone and all went extremely well. The building manager even took some videos of the main construction phases (clearing of the land, pouring the foundation, etc.) and placed them on the Internet for us to view.  When minor adjustments were needed following construction and move-in, they addressed the issues promptly and were not satisfied until we were satisfied. This is a rare characteristic these days.  If and when we were to build another house, we would not hesitate to have Bill & Martha as our builder. It was a very pleasant experience and we love our new home."
